NON RENEWAL OF MED INSURANCE POLICY

1. We have been getting annual medical insurance cover by the above referred company (through Bharti AXA General Insurance Pvt Ltd) since 28th August & have been renewing the policy every year since then. The latest renewal done was on 28th August for the period 28 Aug 09 to 27 Aug 10. Insured amount was Rs. 3, 00, 000. Policy details are as follows:-

2. In spite of paying Rs. 88, 067 over the past 6 years, Instant Healthcare Pvt Ltd / Bharti Axa General Insurance Co Ltd has now declined to renew the medical policy for another year wef 28th August on the grounds that they have some “internal financial problems”.

3. This may please be investigated & Instant Healthcare Pvt Ltd be directed to accept the renewal premium for another year.
