No refund for failure transaction

Dear Sir,

I had booked my ticket from Ahmedabad to Badnera on May 5, charges have been deducted twice, one for failure transation and one for succesful transaction. I had logged compalint for refund at care@irctc.co.in but till date I have not got refund. Please guide me in this case.
