The undersigned resigned from the services of Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts Of India, Hyderabad (Co. Code 16939) in February & submitted Form 19C & 10C for settlement of PF dues.

Claim settlement was received by the Regional PF Office at Hyderabad on 4/8 vide receipt no

29127326 for Form 19 & 29127327 for Form 10C.

Regret to inform till date, settlement of my above account has not been made by the PF Office, Hyderabad.
