Buses not stopping at bus stop

Sir,

Iam employee of Institute of life sciences located in Hyderabad Central University. I board bus at Lingampally and get down at Gachibowli but buses are not stopping at the stadium which is very near to my office. I have given complaint to the Depot Manager so many times to stop bus at that stop though is stop not the request stop but no response. So kindly request to stop bus at that stop. Atleast stop buses in the morning/evening rush hours time.
