They are cheaters!

Same with me. I booked a sofa and paid a advance of Rs.16000/-. They promised to deliver it by 31st dec and no sign of them so far. No phone or any other communication from them. I called them up once and asked them to cancel my order, but they are refusing to do so. Now no one is picking the call. I am totally clueless of my order.

If any of you had finally got the delivery, please let me know how it was done.
