Somebody is working in this sector illegally on the name of reliance

Sir,

i want to draw yr attention towards the fact that there is someone who is working illegally on the name of reliance life insurance and in this the bm of two branches r helping him he is just an agent or adwisor of reliance life ins and is having the setup of telecallers (10) and running the name of reliance in the area. i just want to know can any adwiser doi this type of telecalling anywhere, if he can do so then its ok if he cant do then pls take the needful action
