Non receipt of the renewed insurance policy

I have sent a cheque to United India Insurance Company Ltd at Gee Gee Complex, Anna Salai, Chennai 600 002 for renewal of the Policy in the name of R.Sridhar. The cheque amount was received by the Company and the same has been debited in my account, but not yet received the renewed policy from the company. While enquiring about the policy to the company, they said that the same has been sent through professional courier (booking office at Chindadiripet vide shipper No.122352880) to the address mentioned in the policy (ie. R.Sridhar, Subaree Enclave, No.15, Ramakrishna Street, Pachaiyappan Nagar, Chrompet, Chennai 600 044) on 12.12.2008 but the said cover has been returned by the courier person stating that no such flat available there.

I would like to inform that I am statying in that area for more than 10 years and no courier has been returned without delivering the consignment. Moreover it is in the main locality and i have received a lot of consignments especially from Professional Courier. I dont know for why it has happened like this?

Hope this will not happend again and now request you to deliver the above consignment to me at the earliest.
