Misbehaviour of conducto

I boarded the bus no. KA 01 F 1348, route no. 369 C at 6 pm at Corporation bus stop on 26.08.2009. I saw the bus conductor harassing a 17 year old boy by confiscating his pass and not issuing the ticket too. He was requesting the conductor to give a ticket and return the pass. But the conductor was very rude to him. When I asked him, he spoke to me rudely and sarcastically and didn't tell me about the matter. I heard from other lady passengers too that this conductor is always creating some problem and it is unpleasant to travel in such busses after a hectic day. As we do not kinow whom to complain I am bringing this to your kind notice, hoping that some action is taken in this regard and conductors mend their ways for the good of all.
