My policy # is 1301372311106811 with Reliance insurance. I was happy with my earlir oriental insurance but somehow relainace insurance pursuaded me to get insuance through them. my policy due date was 05 May but the agent BAS-NISC-272350 never reminded me. I have also called your customer care and have complained thrice. A person came to take photograph of vehicle and since then no phone call came to me. My concern is that 90 days are going to lapse in August and the company is not working at all. Three weeks of follow-ups have been carried out by me with no result.
