I had purchased Intel motherboard Boxdh55tcon Feb 14. I have been a satisfied customer of most Intel products for the last 25 years and never had the need for repairs by Intel. For this reason, I had no hesitation in choosing Intel products. Much to my discomfort I was rather surprised when the motherboard packed in within a span of 6 months from the date opf purchase due to defective Ram slots. To regain my trust in Intel products, please arrange for a technician to visit my residence with a NEW motherboard and fit the same as early as is possible.
