Intel Motherboard DG31PR
No display on monitor due to motherboard

My monitor has no display on my monitor and on consulting with an expert i was told that my motherboard is some manufacturing default, and on starting my pc the system automatically get's restarted by there is no display on the monitor this is being happening for past few days, there is some fault in the motherboard.
