No booting

Sir/Madam

I have purchased a desktop Motherboard of Intel® Desktop Board DG33FB in September under three years warranty. Now in September a problem comes in the motherboard—“System booting, proper display but not able to install operating system” Sir, the company is harassing me and held me responsible for the fault occurred. So I need you help to get justice. The entire process so far is as below:

2. 5 times changed this board but no result

I hanve patience. if not chang my series i'am redy go cunsumer court in peried of one year 5 times changed

but retailers no given responce, I sent the Motherboard by retailar
