Non receipt of refund

I had applied for IPO of " Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone" vide application number 12166355. I have been allocated 15 shares to my demat account whereas I have not received the balance amount of Rs92400/- to my account through ECS nor I have received any cheque of above said amount.

I am followiing up with them since 28th November, I 'd also contacted with compliance officer & CS of Mundra, but nobody is even botherde to reply.

Request to take up with necessary aouthorities for refund & interest on delayed paymnet.
