Non refund of IPO non-allotment money for last one yea

Despite over a dozen written requests sent regularly for sending refund order pertaining to online application thru ICICIDIRECT.com for Time Technoplast IPO, the registrar M/s Intime Spectrum Registry is delaying the refund process. Their officers are making fool of everybody by just sending confirmation for last one year that the refund order shall be send very soon.

But over after over one year has already passed (the refund order was supposed to be delivered to me in June), there is no sign of positive response from the registrar.

I do not know where to go.

May be to consumer forum.

But is this the only way to get redressal from such bogus companies who make their investors cry for over the years for confiding in them.
