Invalid Construction in Janak Puri

Illegal Construction legalised by MCD in Janak Puri.

I want to draw delhi government and Lt Governor's kind attention towards illegal construction carried out by Mr Pawan Kapur, House No: 117, B2B block Janak Puri, New Delhi to MCD Janak Puri, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner, SHO Janak Puri, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor.

The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Pawan Kapur is illegal and dangerous as house is build on extra 25 feet area base which is built upto 2nd floor and extended 25 feet from base to top.

This is a great threat to people in the area. It also infringed upon people's right to air and light. This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Pawan Kapur is a great nuisance to my life and others, it is giving me alot of mental strss and had taken peace out of my life. I have brought this to the notice of all the MCD Officers. Moreover, Mr Kapur and his son's usually fight in the area for thier car parking. They have 2 cars which they always park on both sides of thier illegally contructed house. They are basically GUNDA'S and forcefully occupy space for thier car parking.

PLEASE LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM URGENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY.

We pray, please remove this illegal construction by Mr Pawan Kapur as soon as possible and give me the right to have peaceful night's sleep and rather thier behaviour should be scaled to an extent that they pass on respect to other senior people in area. Mr kapur has an association with some lawyers and some relatives who are authorities in courts who could support his illegal construction.
