Not deliver refill gas cylinder at home

Dear sir

My consumer gas no 23984, i had booked my refill gas shree gas agency distributor, Baran Road, Kota (rajasthan) but he had not deliver refill gas cylinder till 2 Nov. thats why i had many problem, so i want to u please take action against immediately and solve problem for refill delivery.
