Delay in deliveryand booking period more

My consumer no is 20028 with mitu gas agency located at 17, sahjanand complex new cg road chandkheda 382424 dist gandhinagar

i have booked my gas cylinder on 18/01 (advnce booking on (30/12/07) so far it is not delivered after a gap of 10 days .further they are not taking new booking before 20 days of last delivery.

please ensure prompt deliver and there should be gap of 20 days between two booking and not after delivery.
