Non receipt of refund from IT department, ambala cantt

I had filed for income tax return on 23 july for the assessment year 08 at ward-3, Ambala. The net amount to be refunded is Rs 18, 898/-, that has not been refunded to me by any means so far.

My other colleagues who had filed return on same date n year have been refunded the amount.
