Delay in supply of refill cylinder

Respected Sir/Madam,

I booked my refill for consumer # 38200

on 22 jan. 2009. Now that it is 23 days, I talk to agnihotri gas service

Agencies to enquire about my refill status and was surprised to know

that it will take another 5 days.

Could u please help me... and check the real status of my refill...

Anyways i request you to see to it that i get the refill at the

earliest and such things are not repeated again.
