Dear sir
my consumer no. is OGD-16009 at ORAON GAS DISTRIBUTOR at RANCHI (JHKD) for LPG GAS.
he is regularly delaying in making delivery of gas for e.g-
gas booked on 18/08/09 received on 05/9/09
19/09/09 received on 09/10/09
28/10/09 - NOT RECEIVED YET
inspite of our regular complaint (verbal and written) no action had yet been taken by the dealer.
hoping for an immediate and positive action in the matter with aa intimation to me.
