Pathetic way of handling costomers

The concerned authorities,
I.O.C secundrabad.
SUB: Regarding non availability of basic services to the customers.
I am a customer of the esteemed organization IOC bearing the connection no:1280 (Brindhavan Gas Agency) want to bring in to your notice about the pathetic way in which the customers are handled by this agency,
I booked the gas on 3.1.09 with the delivery time of 12 days, but it was not delivered on inquiring i was told an un-professional excuse stating that that the delivery boy went to some religious place so we are unable to provide the delivery, on again inquiring they asked us to bring the empty cylinder to the godown and get it replaced then i demanded Rs-8 deduction from the bill amount as transportation charges, the person handling the delivery laughed and told that those were olden days when we used to repay the transportation charges now a days it is not given,
I wanted to complain about this and also the delay in delivery and asked them the complaint book the gave me a rough notes and told it is the complaint book, on strictly arguing the created a new register which had nothing in it,
I was surprised the way they are running the agency then i asked the concern man to give me the number of IOC complaints, he angrily argued and told me that he was just appointed yesterday into the job and don't know anything about numbers, I questioned each and every irresponsible employee about the number they just shrug their shoulders the number displayed on the board of INDANE GAS was also erased, some how i got the number and made the complaint.
I request the concern authority to take strict action on them and do the provide the basic facilities to the customers, they must know that they are serving the customers.
