Regarding transfer of gas connection

As I have been transfered to Orissa, I formally transfered my gas connection (Indane) to Orissa by depositing the cylinder and regulator. My consumer no. was 25297. On 26th February I deposited two copies of transfer receipt at Kleen Gas, Kharvela Nagar, Bhubaneswar. They had sent to Chirantani Gas Agency at Bangur Avenue, Calcutta for verification. But till date, they are not replying. The Calcutta dealer is telling, that he has sent, on the other hand the Bhubnaneswar dealer is telling that, he has not received. Near about 1 month has been passed. But an innocent consumer is becoming the sufferer.
