I have purchased 6 Tickets for IPLt20 of Rs.2500/- each for the date 12/03 on the name of H.C.Kataria. The amount of Rs.15060/- got deducted from my credit card account (ICICI Bank. Cr. No. 5239-5110-7708-6013) but there was an error for the receipt of the transaction.

In continuation of my previous booking, mentioned abovel, I'd once again booked 2 tickets for the same details below, i.e. 2 Tickets of Rs.2500/- each for the date 12/03 on the name of H.C.Kataria. The amount of Rs.5060/-.

Once again The amount of Rs.5060/- got deducted from my credit card account (ICICI Bank. Master Card No. 5239-5110-7708-6013) but there was an error (1:T:111504) for the receipt of the transaction, I again didn't receive any acknowledgement for my booking, even though the payment is already been deducted./

I didn't get any tickets nor any information about the refund.
