I had online applied for the IPO’s of “BGR Energy Systems Ltd”on date December 5 thro my Kotak Securities trading accounts (Client ID – 10992008). I had applied for the quantity of total 14 Nos. @ Rs. 480. (total amount Rs. 6, 720/-) Bid ref. No. Y6468/3.IPO’s were not allotted to me.

With reference to the telecom with the Kotak Scurities ltd. officer, the refund cheque was sent on my old address i.e Old Hospital Quarters, Near Datta Chowk, Yavatmal – 445 001.We had left that address and presently I am located at Nagpur, you are requested to resend the refund cheque on my following address.

Note: The same letter was couriered to above mention address on date 23/01 along with the refund request letter of Transformer & Rectifiers India ltd. (of which I recevied the chq. on the above mentioned address) but the refund chq for the BGR Energy Systems Ltd is still pending. The reminder was sent via fax (022-25960329) on march 11, but still the refund amt of Rs.6720/- is still pending.

I request you to kindly arrange for sending the refund chq on the above mentioned address.
