IPO of vishal infotech

Dear I have applied to IPO of vishal infotech. But i have not alloted any share. But till date my IPO amount 6000 not refund by IDBI capital (I have investede through idbi).
I communicated this with 2 - 3 person of IDBI capital from last 4 months but till date i have only received following information from IDBI person.
