PF not received

Dear Concerned,

This is to inform you that I have not received my PF fund Amount since 2007.Last year I received a leeter from the department that cheque has been prepared but could not be send as my Bank A/C information was incorrect. I had send reply for that letter with bank details and original statement as well as attested copy through speed post.

But It has been Six month I have not received any communication from the department.

Request you to look into the matter and release the fubd at your earliest.
