PF Not Recd Since Jan 08

Dear Sir,

My Name is Sameer Raghunath Tandel, Employee No: C3909 for Solutions Integrated Marketing Services & 3909 to TEAM Hr Services (Internal transfer to Team Hr Services in Dec 05). I had been employed since August till April.

I had filled PF claim form which was sent to Delhi for stamp from Solutions Integrated. Form No 13 was sent by me for transfer PF from Solutions to Team Hr on 01/01/08 to PF dept & Form 19 for withdrawal of PF was sent on 26/02 as per instruction from TEAM HR Services.

PF team had deposited chq of 6458/- only in my A/c on 12/01/09 which was bounced. But as per yearly A/c statement my PF contribution from Me & Employee is comes to around 30360/- (From Aug 03 to Apr 06), this amt is excluding interest paid on PF.

Currently I am transfered to I Process services.

I request you Help me in this regard.
