No acess to IPTV since 17.01.2009

My telephone number is 24458690. Only the IPTV logo appears and then stands still. I have not had acess to any programmes on IPTV since 17.02.2009. I loged Complaint No. 59789 dated 18.01.2009.Telephones calls thereafter were never picked up. No one ever came to rectify the defect. My compliant lies unattended to since 18.01.2009. However the MTNL shamelessly bills me every month for service which is not provided to me.
