Not sending money in time

Every month I am sending money from Malaysia to my NRE account in Indian Overseas Bank, R.K.Puram branch/New Delhi but they are taking long time to send that amount to SBI/Kolkata (although a standing instruction already given to them 2 years before that the total amount should be send to SBI, Kolkata as early as possible).

As a result every month my family in kolkata is facing a lot of trouble and to overcome from this problem every alternate month I am spending some money for ISD call and Cyber cafe (for sending e-mail message to R.K.Puram branch), so that they can send my money to SBI, kolkata early.

Please help me to get out from this un-necessary created problem permanently.
