Cheated me by e-ticketing on fake train

I booked e-ticket through IRCTC website as follows Pnr Number6319802380Transaction ID0068697847 Train No2073Train NameBBS JAN SHATABD From Station KHARAGPUR JN (KGP) To StationBHUBANESWAR (BBS) Date07/10Class2S But when, I reached station, I found no such Train is plying for last 4 months (i.e 17th June onwards). Which compelled me to hire taxi on double raters. and I lost Rs. 6, 000 for travelling from kharagpur to Bhubaneswar apart from mental and physical harassment. As I understand from other passengers and sources, IRCTC Ltd. is looting passengers by making bookings on fake trains and looting Rs.10 per passenger as Internet Service Charges with the help of corrupt officials of Indian Railways. This way the IRCTC ltd. might have looted crores of rupees till now. Therefore there is need of hour to stop them to do so and appropriate compensation should be given to passengers. I have collected sufficient proof for the same.
