Cockroach in IRCTC food served in train

This is the shameful condition in IRCTC food served in train. During my travel from Mumbai to Raipur dt. 01.05.2010 vai 2879 DN my friend Dr. Dilip Pimple (Principal & Professor Raipur Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital) ordered for vegetable Biryani and he found cockroach in his food. When he contacted the pantry car manager for lodging complaint in IRCTC complaint book, he denied to give him. This evidence collected by me in presence of train conductor Shri D.P. Tiwari, Dr. Anand Sharma and Shri Sunil Rajawani who were traveling with us. Hygenic condition of pentry car was very bed. Manager has not provided IRCTC complaint book even though train conductor requesting him.

Due to down load limit I am not able to download all four images along with hand written complaint digital copy sign by Manager, conductor of train and witnesses.

I will provide during the time of investigation of case.
