Ticket Booking Through IRCTC Website

It has become next to impossible to book ticket through IRCTC during the morning hours. I travel frequently from Kolkata to Siliguri and need to book Tatkal tickets that are given two days in advance from 8 am in the morning. The tatkal tickets are often all gone if I cannot book a ticket within 15-20 minutes after the ticketing opens. But getting the IRCTC site work at 8 o clock is an ordeal. I understand that there is a huge rush at that time and the IRCTC gets overwhelming traffic; but what annoys me is that after a long wait to open the site, often IRCTC displays that " time is out " and I have to start everything afresh. This is really frustrating-after a long wait all the effort is gone. I would request the IRCTC website managers to take a look into this matter, so that the this timing out error does not occur and people get a fair chance to book their tickets.
