Befor 6 year I invested Rs 16, 000/0 in to NSC at Bodakdev, Ahmedabad Post Office, On 29th March, when it got matured i went there and asked for payment, Clear told me to just put sign on receipt, Generally I do 2 different sign, after siginig on receipt i give it to cleark and he refused to make payment, I asked him to please help me if sign is different than i can put other sign on receipt but he told me to rudely show my ID Card, which was not with me and I requested Post Master but he was also rude and behave very rudely. My son has requested him that he is senior citizen and you need to help him but they have power in their mind and not ready to co-operate. In a hot summer afternoon i went home and coming back I presented my ID Proof to cleark and he told me to come after 2 days to collect cheque, I request them again to give me cash payment because they given me earlier (Rs. 23, 000/-) for my monthly scheme but they denied. Goverment giving respect to senior citizen by providing various scheme but irresponsible employee of Indian post (Particularly Mr D C Desai Post Master of Bodakdev and his cleark) are not ready to talk sincerely which is shamefull. I request the consumer court to take necessary action against Post.
