Efooling customers

I got this global card with serial no. 69947437 so that i can make calls to UK, for which only Rs 1.99 per minute were to be deducted, but to my shock the amount deducted is Rs.7.35 per minute.

I really don't understand why the hell they make customers fool in this way, if they cant make the calls cheaper then whats the necessity of publicizing in this silly way and then looting the customers, on top of it one can never talk with their customer care executives, as the lines are 24 hrs busy.

What a pity, VODAFONE i can say can never be able to rule this market if they are gonna provide the same disastrous services.
