Ordered Cd's not recieved till now and no holiday package has been provided

Dear Sir,

Its been two months since i have placed an order of Rs.2599 in which i have t0 recieve few cs and a reebok shoes along with a holiday package to any of the destination mentioned in the lists, but since last week after repeated follow up with the call centre i have recieved the reebok shoes delivered at my mailing address with an intimation that i have to collect the cd's from post office by paying a charge of 754extra, which was not mentioned on the offer document earlier .and with that i have not recieved any form for sending the choice of destination for the holiday package, I beliving the brand name of India today has thought of good service and good offer chose to go for this offer but facing all this problems i now feel that i am trapped and decieved and making my my mind to go legal for the harasshament i have faced during all these days after paying the amount instantly.

I would appreciate an immidiate look on tho this matter and provide me the necessary things which i should have got on purchase of the offer of 2599.
