UNABLE TO CLAIM FREE GIFT VOUCHER

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to your advertisement in times of india dt.14 dec.2008 regarding a scheme under which 07 c.d's of britannica encyclopedia were offered at a price of rs 799/- plus rs 200/- as handling charges. I placed my order same day and a week later i received the c.d's plus a wallet and a key chain as offered.there was also a pamphlet with details of free holiday for 2n/3d and a unique no. and web id.now the problem is that i am not able to claim my free holiday voucher on your given site address which is;http://www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm.this is really frustating and i have read similar complaints on your site which i beleive are not good for your respected company's reputation.

I request you to kindly guide me as to how to claim this free holiday voucher.
