Vide invoice number ORA090015734 I have received RBK sunglasses and have been advised to claim free gifts by logging on to www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm but while logging on this site, the consumercmaplaints.in site is opened. I have tried to open the given site but instead of it on http://inconsumercomplaints.com site is being opened. I faill to understand why such has happened. It is also reported that in the SMS it was mentioned that a gift voucher of 2n holiday will be sent but it has not been sent instead has been advised to claim on the above site. I may be sent the gift voucher as promised in the SMS.

Vide invoice No. ORA090011325 RBK-WATCH has been sent whereas as per SMS Beneton watch was to be sent. Similarly vide invoice No. ORA090012199 only three scratched CDs were sent whereas free RBK-WATCH was also to be sent to me as per SMS received on which order was sent my me. The scratched CDS stands sent back through registered parcel on dated 28/08 and e-mail in this context on dated 27/08 also stands sent.
