Demanding charges for free vouche

Dear sir..

i have purchased rebok watch from itbc ..of 799 with that i have been give free holiday voucher and list of destinations in india..as i am in ahmedabad i have option to spend 3n/2d holiday in daman..so i have been asked to dispatch 800 draft as booking amount ..i have sent it after that i received voucher form and list of destinations as regular, the list was too short and destinations were too long to go and no daman was found in it and again they asked to sent 799 rs d.d to this address...

now what i have to do i have sent them 4-5 reminders but there is no response from there

please give me solution..
