Sir, i purchased holiday voucher of Rs 5943 in May with an offer of free stay for one week in resorts of RCI only to pay utility charge if any i booked resort online on WWW.resort-store.com with promo code supplied by premeir sales company on behalf of ITBC while booking RCI charged me 16898 through credit card. when i tried to contact ITBC and Premeir sales they do not pick up phones once premeir sales piced phone but they are not ready to listen to my complaint. Iam giving details of my transaction with ITBC and RCI
