Sir, i purchased holiday voucher of Rs 5943 in May with an offer of free stay for one week in resorts of RCI only to pay utility charge if any i booked resort online on WWW.resort-store.com with promo code supplied by premeir sales company on behalf of ITBC while booking RCI charged me 16898 through credit card. when i tried to contact ITBC and Premeir sales they do not pick up phones once premeir sales piced phone but they are not ready to listen to my complaint.
