Not coming for repairing

Dear Sir,

I was parch aged computer from ITJ Nehru place. there was problem in my computer its not working from last 20 days. I was visited 5 times to ITJ Nehru place and 10 times calling in ITJ customer contact center. Every times they sad the engineer will visited your place tomorrow. But nothing has-been done yet. Plase Help Me
