IT Refund
No refund even after one year of return filing

My PAN No. is ACCPM 1116D.

Last year my employer deducted an excess of Rs.44453 as income tax that was claimed in my return submitted to Sal (Vi), ITO, Chennai dated July 6.

Despite several visits I am not getting the refund.

Is it like no refund from Income tax can be obtained by a common man in INDIA?
