ITZ CASH CARD
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi there,

I have tried to purchase an ITZ CASH CARD through your website form.

However its not functioning properly.

Its really useless, when one can not use it.

I have also sent you an sms to buy the card on 06/12, however till today no one has bothered to contact me further in this regard.

Is there any customer care dept in your organisation???

Or else I may understand that you dont require the business, I mean, I am in dilemma.

I am going to wait for few more days n then I will opt for anothere option I have.

Please remember the rule of MARKETING, "one unhappy customer spreads the message of bad services n spoils another 20 happy customers."
