ITZ CASH CARD
Unethical business practice

I had bought a itzcash card. The validity of the card was 6 months. But I could not use the balance amount in the card within the validity period (I was not aware of the validity period earlier). Now my amount has lapsed (approx. Rs 750).

They have refused to refund my money.

According to me this is wrong. They should have a refund mechanism in such cases. Or at least they should send a reminder. OR They should extend the validity of the card.
