ITZ CASH CARD
COMPLAINT AGAINST AREA SHOPKEEPER, FOR CHARGED UNREQUIRED SERVICES & MISBEHAVIOUR CONDUCT WITH UNLAWFULL ARGUEMENTS

Dear sir,

with reference to the above subject, i am Hemant A Gurav, Residing at walkeshwar area and my compaints about the shop which is located in our DONGERSHI ROAD, TEEN BATTI area and runs playwin / online lotto terminals.

My compaint regards that, i went to this shop to check the applicability of lowest ITZ cash card, i asked to the shopkeeper for that, '' please check whether 100/-Rs. ITZ cash card is available at your shop or not''. but shopkeeper directly drawn ITZ cash card without informing me to draw it & forced me about it charges even though i wasn't said to draw such card and that time i don't carried money to to pay for but also i requested to that, person to allow me 3 minutes to get money from near ATM, but repeatedly he wasn't listen my request & again forced me to pay charges instantly with on the spot, then i feel nervous because of the misbehaviour of the shopkeeper, so i put my cellphone as a mortgage to that person for RS.100/-

Above incident happens with me on today 18th may

And i found The shopkeeper's behaviour conduct is not good in front of the customer.

therefore, i hope that you will take all the necessary relavent action againts such shopkeeper as soon as.
