I had placed two orders bearing numbers 6331 dated 27.11.2008 and order number 6395 dated 03.12.2008.

The following products are still pending from them.

10.Electric Steam Iron

11.Blender Grinder

13. Pocket Survival Kit

The following defective items were returned back to you and also the replacement for that is pending

1. Wireless Home Security System

2. Reading light

3. Floor Sweeper

4. handy Vaccum Cleaner.

5. Shaver

I have made several calls to them but no response. Even I have sent many emails but did not get any response from them.

Kindly suggest me what to do and how action can be taken against them.

Others who has also suffered the same then lets taken action together and file a FIR against these cheaters.
