Non receipt of the booked product

This is my second complaint in the Consumer Complaints. As already detailed in my previous complaint, I have booked a Digital Camera for Rs. 8000/-and the payment was made by me through the SBI Credit Card. The product was booked by me in Feb.2008 under order no.3213 but the same was not delivered to me till July. After persistant persuataion, they somehow renewed my order another order no 5690 was communicated to me. But till this date, i.e 5th of Dec. 2008. nothing has been heard from the company. This is a fraud company, and their only job is to cheat the customers. I request you to kindly give ear to my complaint and have the company blacklisted as well as his registeration be cancelled. I want my money back and I do not want the product. Kindly do something.
