ATM transaction problem

I'm custumer of ICICI Bank, I have made one ATM transaction on 8th Sep 09 (around 8:30PM) for Rs.2000 in HDFC BANK ATM (INDIRA NAGAR BRANCH, BANGLORE) but money was not came & it showed me temperely unable to process but my money (Rs.2000) was deducted from my account, I tried so many times for phone banking but it was not connected.

I'm requesting you to please solve this problem.
