Jabra BT500V Bluetooth Headset
Old Product and Not Working

I ordered Jabra Bluetooth Headset BT500V from Indiatimes Shopping. My order No. is 111671355. I received the product today. The headset looks old and it is not working at all. I am unclear how i got a faulty product without even checking whether it is working or not. The product also looks old as if it has been used before. Kindly ensure that a replacement of the product is done as soon as possible. I would appreciate that.
