No supply of lpg for 13 days

The complainant is the bearer of lpg gas connection consumer no. TS-7991 with M/s. Jagjyoti Enterprises, Lajpat Nagar - IV, New delhi -24. A request was made for refilling of cylinder on 13-03-09 with the booking no. 6328. But despite a lapse of 13 days no refill was supplied to the complainant. Finally on 25-03 when the complainant contacted the agency on phone, a senior person Mr. Inder, was not only rude over the phone but, also, dare to speak that "JO TERE SE HOTA HO KAR LE", and said that the cyclinder will be refilled by taking 2-3 days' time more.

This agency is in the practice of such kind of intolerable acts in the past, also. IF need so, the complainant can site a many agrieved customers with such complaints.
